Your wig deserves a little love to stay soft, shiny, and long-lasting. With gentle care, you can keep it looking as beautiful as the day you got it.
Before Wearing
After removing your wig from the packaging, give it a gentle shake. For curly or wavy styles, use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to define the texture. For straight styles, use a wig brush. Always detangle starting from the ends and work your way up to reduce shedding and breakage.
Washing (Every 8–12 Wears)
For synthetic wigs, wash in cool water with a mild, sulfate-free shampoo. Gently swish—never rub or twist. Rinse well, apply a light conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends, then rinse again. Pat dry and air dry on a wig stand. Avoid heat unless it’s heat-resistant.
Human hair wigs can be washed with lukewarm water, conditioned for 3–5 minutes, and air-dried or styled with heat protectant.
Storage
Remove before sleeping and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
